A dazzling kind of wine for its diversity of aromas.
Aged for a minimum of 3 years in bottles, this cuvée consists mostly of Chardonnay which gives this wine its freshness and finesse, along with beautiful floral notes.
This gives champagne a sharp edge, combined to the fruity flavours of Pinot Meunier.

Ideally served with fish sauerkraut, scallop or fish, as a starter.
